➔ “TAsm” Means “Terminator Assembler” ➔

Once in the autumn of 2005 my friend Andrei decided to watch the old “Terminator” movie. During watching he paid a little bit more attention to the way the Terminator sees the world. Everybody who watched the movie remembers that strange red-colored view and computer command lines running through the Terminator's eye-screen. But only now, after we became computer specialists, we can see that those command lines are… source text abstracts written in assembler, and even with comments! 😁 Therefore, it's now easy to conclude that a well-know assembler dialect called “TAsm” is indeed not “Turbo Assembler” but “Terminator Assembler”! 😊
