“Microsoft Partner Learning Center” can easily confuse you with such a situation: it looks like you have signed into the system using your LiveId and now can “Sign Out”; at the same time it looks like you are out and still can “Sign In”… 🤔 Shakespear's Hamlet would definetely love it!.. 😊
