A 42-storey skyscraper in the south of Saint Petersburg with the height of 145.5 meters. The 1st building in the city (and the 2nd building after the Saint Petersburg's TV Tower) which became higher than the city's dominant – the Peter and Paul Cathedral. The skyscraper is located in the Moscow district on Constitution Square, from where its 2nd name appeared – the Constitution Tower.
